The first location to go to is also the first level. Just look at this glorious playthrough of Windmill Isle Day Act 2:

The white buildings atop the rocky islands, giving a sense of verticality and flight over the intervening blue ocean, ships passing with their horns filling the air and birds flying along. It looks bright and blue with lovely curved architecture and beautiful stonework patterns on the paths.

It’s not a recreation of Santorini. None of these levels are accurate copies of the places they’re inspired from. There are other Greek island influences clearly within. The Greek Orthodox Church buildings in the level don’t have the distinct blue domes that tend to be characteristic in Santorini, and I didn’t see huge lines of gold rings or floating grind rails anywhere.

I went to Santorini on the 4th May 2023, flying from Manchester Airport. I have marked this occasion with the traditional pre-flight pint:

Yamas!
